Good luck with three pizzas at a time I can only burn them one at a time with a cook time under 120secs you will struggle to cook more then one at atime

Unfortunately the internet is filled like in real life, with nutters, they think they can just stroll in and take over a good healthy conversation (this forum in general) and force their opinion on others.

I beg your pardon! I was not in a geopolitical debate with WFO, I was discussing ovens and if you read it correctly, you will notice that I agreed with him on one point of the discussion. Where you come up with this California vs Japan concept is befuddling. Now you go back and look. I also realized that an openminded debate was futile, I stopped. I suppose wood fired ovens can be related to a religion, one side has a view, as do the others, neither will meet in the middle on views.....

Lets settle this with a cook off. A pizza, a bread, a steak or roast, desert, a slow cooked stew or pulled barbecue and lastly jerky, dried fruits or vegetables or cookies. Submit photos and testimonials. Fire up the oven boys.
