Hi,
I do not want to build a traditional clay oven but one out of bricks.
The plan would be a 1m x 1m x 1m square oven with fire bricks on the inside surrounded by 50mm fireblanket and an exterior of clay brick to match the house and garden.
The roof of the oven to be Vermiculite board with fire blanket and sand over it also. A 50mm hole in this for a small chimney and paving slabs with a chimney to complete the exterior.
It is to be buit on 350mm concrete foundation with vermciculite as a base with 30mm sand for the fireslab oven floor.
How much is wrong with this plan?
Thanks
Dave
