wood oven in commercial mall

hi, i've build 3 wood oven in outdoor area here in philippines where i live; i know want to expand my business opening a pizza place inside a commercial mall

i'm afraid of meeting all the safety requirment as well as getting the proper oven ventilation connecting to the mall main exhoust line

is there anyone can give me some good advice??

Please don't think we are ignoring you on your question. Since you are in the Phillipines, i think you need some local or regional advice since you are dealing with your building codes and they are probably very different than what we have here in the US. Sorry i couldn't be any help.
