In the end of winter 2014 engaged in manufacturing wooden frame porch. Timber was stacked on the pad one and a half years ago. The ends were covered with clay.

Opened stack and started whittling. Beam cross section 200x150 mm stacked on a workbench with a winch. It could even make a woman. Video.

I spent a long time with the manufacture of frame parts.

      Roof gathered on the ground.

Yesterday I finished the frame of the porch. It took 50 working days. Cost of materials and services contractors 100000 RUR ~ 2700 USD. Now, in spite of the autumn rains can comfortably finish my oven.

                  I don't forgot about easy-pass for pipe.

Finally, all the conditions for a comfortable furnace construction. You can put the oven in any weather and at night. Went facing barbecue. Set the valve in the pipe proved. Do not forget to put another shelf for spices. Last year, oven built on the street, very disturbed rain.

The most difficult thing making bricks for interfacing with the walls lining the arch. Have to first cut the bricks, then grind a diamond disc.

The final number of facings. A lot of shaped bricks.

First shelf for spices, and the second looks the same.

I have put the last row of barbecue facing, the base of smokebox, and two vertical walls.

                          The last row of barbecue.

The base of smokebox. Upper plane of bricks cut at angle of 30 degrees to the horizontal.

This weekend was frost on the ground. I do not know if have time to finish and oven dried prior to cold weather.

This weekend folded horizontal sweeping walls of smokebox.
