Re: Outdoor Music
Travis,
what you are planning is great and your method of planning.
I do exactly the same thing BUT there is always something that is not correct and where you want ity.
Only 2 days ago, I was sitting out under the new patio looking up at what needed finishing when I noticed that the light mounts were too close to the kitchen area rather than over the large 10 seater table. Well it was remake the mounts, weld them in place and rewire the lights and ceiling fan. Not a hard task but all of the wiring was hidden within the steel framework and was now exposed.
No matter how much time, effort and planning is used, be prepared for changes as the whole area evolves. Get others to check them over, discuss it/them, ask for opinions, make mock-ups within the area rather than just in your head or on paper, go over it again and again. Only then can you ensure that it is as good as you can make it.
Good luck!
