Now you're talking politics. How about the Pizza Oven Party.Back to sustainability where people do things for themselves, living more simply, debt free with lots of cooking and eating. Building a wood fired oven can be the start of a personal revolution. Sounds just like an Italian tradition.

At $8 a litre we will be discussing steam powered wheelbarrows!! That's progress?

A rocket stove fired steam generator. We will be talking about wood miles rather than food miles.

    Gudday
Petrol at $8 a litre would cripple the price of transporting wood to the urban areas as well, we would all be forced to collect wood on foot from our local surrounds. Sobering thought as I have never brought wood but need the ute to transport it
    Regards dave

We might be ok if the CSIRO prediction is right
The price of petrol could soar to a crippling $8 a litre over the coming decade, according to CSIRO-sponsored research to be released today.
