2nd oven. New materials - lots of insulation....performance issues

Thanks for putting my mind at rest. I did have more success at the weekend, Still the drop in temperature. However, decent pizzas a good loaf of bread. Loving roasting fish and chicken in there. So much better than the house oven.....Will keep firing her up! Yes 5:1 ratio as per the advice!
