Dimensions of a metal stand for Ristorante 130

I have to get a metal stand fabricated for the Ristorante 130.

My contractor came up with these dimensions, but I don't know where he got them.

87x76 38"high

I think that the current model, Modena 140W (55') should be about the same size, but I don't have the dimensions for that stand, either.

It looks like a stand of 58 x 72 would be the minimum for the oven. I didn't spend a lot of time but I assume this does not include insulation/ enclosure. My cooking surface is 41 inches high and I think 47 would have been better (I'm 5'10"").

Thanks, Les. The contractor came up with dimensions larger than yours. I don't want it to take up unnecessary space, so I hope that he knows what he's doing.

Congratulations on your oven! It's beautiful. I can't imagine that I'll build one at my house (at least for now), since I'll have one at the restaurant. But, if I do, I'll consult with you. You did a great job. You must have the best parties in town, maybe in the county!
