Mounting the oven on A truck

Hey All,
I am getting ready launch a Wood Fired pizza biz in Central VA. We are ready to order the oven, but there are few questions I am hoping someone can help me with. We are going to mount the oven on a flatbed F-450 pickup. What is the best FB oven for Mobile operations? What do I need to do to cushion the oven from the ride of the road? Any help anyone can give will be much appreciated!

before you do anything, go to the county health departments in each county you want to work. find out what mods if any are required. if you are sure you can use the 450 flatbead, then you'll want to draw a "floorpan" ("bedban?"). the best oven will be the biggest you can fit on your rig. (make allowance for thickness of insulation and finishing materials...)
