    I was wondering if anyone has done a farmers market with a portable wood fired oven.
    How do you keep up with a long line up (cooking is fast what about assembly)
    Can you prep pizzas in advance?
    How do you get them into the oven (make them on the peel? if so how many peels do you need?)
    Is there any courses or workshops you can take?
    Is there any how to books? (I have lots of wood fired pizza novena books, but they do not tell you how to do it commercially.)
