NY enforcing restaurant owners to install Air filtration system for wood burning ovens
Cant find much help on line , not sure if anyone had to go through this ,
any tips units people are using , i have a small oven its aprox 38" round , with flute running to the roof .of one story building .
reached out to few sellers , none and most have no idea , they people that new what i was talking about was fire suppression system ,
they quoted me a crazy number ,that i will sell my restaurant for that amount .appreciated
