  • Who can install a Professionale 120 TE in the Midwest??

Hey, guys. New to the forum here, but I have been using a Forno Bravo oven (bought on an open trailer from Fire Within) for 6 years now. I ordered a new, fully enclosed trailer from a guy in Montana - unfortunately, he is not able to install the oven kit properly. I'm looking for someone in the Midwest that could install the kit, finish it and make it look good. If they can run the chimney through the trailer roof, that would be great, but at this point I could even tackle that part of the build myself. The trailer has very large, 3 feet high by 8 feet wide openings all around, so there's plenty of room to access the oven during construction without having to squeeze into tight places.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Here is a link of a long time member who build a top notch oven on a trailer. He is in Australia so it does not help you with your installation request but it does give you a sense of what is involved to install one of these ovens on a trailer.
