I was able to snag a Pavesi RPM 120 from a pizzeria that was getting a new oven. It is incomplete, I am missing insulation and the firebrick/stone floor of the oven.
I live in Ireland which has high rainfall year round and I plan on building the oven outdoors. Can I use the steel base? Or would this corrode in the Irish weather?
What underfloor insulation would be best for a wet climate?
