Duratech Chimney Anchor Plate

I just purchased an 8" Duratech anchor plate from Forno Bravo. It came with instructions for the whole chimney assembly but I havent purchased the chimney yet since I havent decided how I am going to finish the oven. My question is which way is up on the anchor plate? I think the double wall side goes up but the writing is on the single wall side so now I am not sure.

FYI, the double wall side goes up.
