H i folks I am embarking on a new build, 4th one to be exact.
At my new lakefront property.
I want to get some ideas from folks on how they finished their exteriors where you had to deal with winter weather climate zones. My concern is rain and snow and possibility of the conditions penetrating the exterior shell and damaging the oven.
The first 2 builds I used an exterior wood structure and chimney through the roof.
My last build was an integrated steel roof. See picture.
I like the idea of being able to see the oven igloo shape once completed and I like the look of mosaics (as an example) but again need to make sure it is weather tight.
