Wow, Its been over a year but finally we have PIZZZAAAAAA! Will drop a few images below. Man I have been wanting to post this mile stone for such a long time! And I finally got hold of some manuka as well. So there will be another pizza party this weekend 
I have a few cracks on the inside, and one through the insulation. But I HOPE they are "normal".
I am gettin a little more pooling of water on the concrete slab than I had hoped for. Im afraid that this will soak in and whick up through the pumice and perlite.
Im thinking a fairly seriouse water proofing measure for the base itself could be a good idea? In conjuction with the sand/lime/portland render for the dome.
Right now I am looking at doing the concrete base in an epoxy resin. Thoughts?
I just realised I dont really have any photos of the oven up at temp. Just the Pizza
