Stucco sealer

I have purchased and assembled the casa 90 kit and have used used S type motar to render my dome. I currently have 2 coats on and in the process of waiting about a week befpe I start to cure the oven. Curious if I can go aheaad and seal the dome before or after I have cured the oven? I havnt purchased any sealer yet. My plan is right at the moment is to wait the week (this is recomended by FB) then begin to cure the oven, after the oven is cured seal and paint the dome.
