Hello everyone!
Just a heads up, I’m super new at pizza ovens. So here is my quandary. The face and landing pad of my oven is a natural porous stone. I do not mind a low sheen on the tile or even darkening of the tile if it will be protected from the smoke / soot. Can anyone recommend a product that will provide protection to the stone? I’m just not sure if I need to get some type of a epoxy or some type of clear liquid hardening stuff... As you can see I don’t know squat about this stuff. I would truly appreciate any advice or help.
