but in all the online videos and the following photos in the instructions the chimney looks like this...

There are no instructions to insulate and render the stainless pipe so I assume this is a different chimney? Is this an option? If so I much prefer the rustic look; what is it called and where can I buy it?

    Many thanks,

    Francis

Why don't you contact Forno Bravo directly with this question?

This is a blog for WFO builders. Forno Bravo has a direct support line for questions regarding their ovens.

Francis, the standard chimney for the purchased WFO tends to be stainless steel (either single or double wall). You should be able to go to a local masonry supply if you want a tile flue piece to replace your stainless steel one. You may find that just painting the ss chimney with high temp black paint is a more "painless" option. Also, clay flue tiles can fracture with rapid changes in heat. Use the contact information that Russell gave you (post above) and the Forno Bravo folks may be able to give you some other options. We have had forum members who have formed pcrete/vcrete shells around the ss version (using a cardboard wrap...removed later, space needed to keep this shell from being cracked open by metal expansion) or just created a short chimney stack out of bricks. Hope that helps a little...
