I stopped at the Habitat for Humanity ReStore in Santa Ana yesterday (Dec 15, 2017).
I found 6" double wall stainless Selkirk chimney pipe. 4ft for $15. They had 2 I think and also some 1ft pieces and other fittings. If you have a smaller oven that this would work for, it could save you $200+.
There was also insulating rope in multiple diameters that said it was rated for 1000 deg F.
It's not material that I can use but I thought it might help someone else out.
