Substitute for perlite, vermiculite or fiber glass

I'm from venezuela so it is really hard to find those materials for the insulation layer, i want to build a medium/small size brick pizza oven. Could i use some kind mixture of sawdust, straw, etc, and cement? And in what proportions? Let me know if you have a diferent idea
