I believe that this product is basically perlite mixed with a bonding agent such as portland cement. The stuff is crazy expensive @ $38.00 for a 2.5 yard bag. I managed to get 7 bags @ $18.00 each. So, I'll be trying this for my insulation. I've got an email in to their tech group. I'm basically going to ask them what ratio of portland I should be adding to what they've already got in there. Once I know approx what ratio is already mixed, I can calculate what I need to add.

Anyone on here have any experience with this brand?

Ratio of perlite to portand will affect the K value of the insulation. Any sand the is also in the mix drastically affects the K value. See attached.
