  • Help Identify My Bricks!

    Hi all!

I bought these fire bricks earlier this year on a whim from a guy who just had pallets and pallets of bricks for a dollar CAD per brick (I couldn't say no!)

I can't really explain why I got so many random sizes, but I did and they are here and that's what I have to work with right now.

Problem is, I would love to actually confirm which type of fire brick these are: low, medium, or high density, as I know there are slightly different implications for each.

Can anyone help me identify or guide me to figure out which kind of bricks these are?

        That’s the beauty of metric g/cm3 same as kg/litre or x1000 kg/m3
2.1 is medium duty that’s perfect any denser (high duty) really hard to cut. Lower, less conductive and softer.
