Novamesh 950

Hello all,

First time posting. I'm collecting all the materials for a homebrew cast oven. I have just purchased sika novamesh 950, the question i have is do I use the thicker grey stands which are in bundles in the homebrew mix or just the small bag of fine fibres

No just use the fine fibres, keep the longer thicker ones for reinforcing some concrete. As the fine fibres are hard to disperse break them apart and spread them over the mix. You will need to mix the brew about double the time that you would normally. It is fairly easy if you mix it in a barrow so you can inspect it frequently. You need less than you'd think, about half a handful for every 10 litres of mix.
