New oven Help

Help needed, I am going to build a Pizza oven in my back yard and need to know what size to build? I will only making 1or 2 Pizza at a time.

36" inch interior diameter would be enough for your needs. If it's just 1 or 2 pizzas at a time 36" is the maximum you will need.

I am just about to start my 35" oven and like you, 1 or 2 pizzas at most. Plus, if I can do a couple of slabs of spare ribs I'm good.

If you are only going to do a few pizzas a 21" would be fine. It is all about how you manage your oven. Yhe bigger you make it the more materials you need, Bigger stand, more money, fuel etc.etc.etc.

I have always gone with the philosophy the bigger the better. Although my wife says that doesn't apply to my waistline!
