BTW, I'd recommend that everyone look through the Sunset site. There's
a bunch of stuff on firing the oven, roasting & baking tips, recipes,
etc. It actually goes back 30 to a 1971 article in their magazine and
was reprinted (updated) for their Aug 1998 issue.
