looking for fireclay in ireland

Howya,
I'm in construction here in Ireland and someone asked me to build a pizza oven, he gave me the forno bravo plans but I'm finding it difficult to source fire clay or a fire rated morter. after looking at the plans I'm hooked on the idea and want to build one for myself. So any help with morter would be great, thanks.
