  • What size oven to Install?

    Hi James

I might be interesed in a smaller floor 35" or smaller (if available).

35" is a good size, but if you can help it, I wouldn't go smaller. I
have a Casa90 here (35"), and like the size. Of course if you have
the space, bigger is always nicer-- when you are juggling multiple
    pizzas or roasting pans.

We could stock the 90 and 110.

The next person I meet who tells me they wish they had built a smaller
oven will be the first ;-)

        Hi Jeffrey,

In my experience of oven building if you have the space go as big as you can 110 ? 120 cm. A larger oven doesn?t consume that much more fuel, however, the oven management is much easier and you always find more things to cook than you first thought.
