How much vermiculite/cement mixture?

My stand is now complete with 3.5 inches of Sakrete 5000psi concrete with 1/2 inch steel rebar as support. Now I need to add 6 inches of vermiculite/cement as insulation for a 3.5ft by 3.5 top. I think 6 inches is enough?? How much materials do I need to get? How many bags of portland cement and how many bags of vermiculite? Does this insulation top need rebar or just mesh or nothing? Thanks

For a 5:1 vermiculite, cement mix(by volume) add 20% extra vermicrete because there is some loss on mixing.
Volume= length x breadth x height

Mesh or rebar not recommended.
