All,

I am contemplating on either building a 32" or 36" WFO. I have been leaning towards the 32" because it will not take up as much space as a 36". So, I guess my question for anyone who has a 32" oven is: are you happy with the size or do you find yourself wishing that you went bigger? I know that some will say....you can always cook less in a bigger oven but you can't cook more in a smaller one.
But I ask....Do we really need to eat that much anyways? We only have one mouth...lol...
No, but seriously, I would really appreciate anyone's opinion. I am just wanting an oven that could possibly cook 1-2 (12") pizza's, a frier chicken or a small pork shoulder at separate times. I wouldn't expect to cook them all at once.
