Hello,
I am gearing up to start my Pompeii oven build. The spot I have chosen is where there used to be a hot tub. Because of this we have one of the large electric plugs (like for a stove / oven).
I live in Calgary Canada and was wondering about adding an electric burner to the oven. I thought this might help especially in the winter and wanted to get your input. Has anyone done anything like this? Would it help or make a difference?
