reusing victorian chimney bricks?

i have to take the chimney out of my victorian home(in 1892 they didn't build a foundation under chimneys, and the front of it was on more solid ground than rear, now has structural cracks in it. chimney is 40' tall and 5'x3' around -double layered, so even after removing the damaged bricks, i should have a LOT of brick to find a use for. would this brick be useful for the actual oven, or just decorative parts?

Given their age, they're probably clay which would work fine for a wood fired oven (assuming they're solid and you are not going to heat it up above 1200F). Though they probably won't last as long as that original chimney (but likely to outlive most of us). Do you have any pictures? You know most of us are brick junkies on here.
