I stopped at my local Brick place and what they carry is Whitacre-Green Low Duty fire Brick. I have attached the product info sheet. Does this brick look like it is an appropriate choice to build a WFO? The product sheet doesn't list an Alumina content unless I am not understanding what is listed on the sheet.

Also about how many bricks are required to build a 42" interior diam. dome?

They should do just fine. The alumina (Al2O3) content is listed as 27.6%.

Check out this guys build on a different forum:

My version of a SF mobile wfo.

That's what he used, and they had amazing results.
