  • dismantle a ristorante 110

i have been offered a pizza oven from a closed restaurant, and havent yet seen how it is built, behind the tiles. is it even possible to dismantle, remove mortar, without damaging oven,

i have had pizzas out of it, and it would be worth a bit of hassle , or will i end up paying to remove a pile of bricks.

A picture would be helpful. Most restaurant ovens here are pre-fab sectional ovens, which could most likely be removed. If it is a site-built oven from individual bricks, that could be more difficult.

      Mannie,

Spend the time and effort to determine if the oven proper, the working bits, can be removed in one piece via forklift. If so, it would save you mucho time and expense.
