30" Pompeii Oven Critical Dimensions

Hi
I wish to build a 30" internal diameter Pompeii oven for occasional use and the odd party. I can find various information relating to larger ovens regarding dome height, vent size, vent landing, flue diameter etc but not for the size I wish to build. please could anyone assist.
