Indoor Pizza Oven building plans

Hi, I live in Kenya where my wife and I run a Village for orphans and vulnerable children. We are finishing construction on a bakery building - part of our self-sustainability drive. There is one corner of the building where I would like to build a pizza oven and start teaching our children how to bake pizza. Does anyone have a lead on a good set of construction plans which our contractor here can follow?

As mentioned in a previous response, you need to do a Forum search for indoor ovens and also review the two builds that were pointed too, Every design has different variables so you have to pick and choose from the various builds to find the designs that work for you.
