Hi guys. Quick question. I’ve seen people build their first course of the dome brick directly onto the concrete slab and install the ceramic fibre sheet and or vermicrete after. Others make a mould and pour the vermicrete and build directly on top of that. Can anyone tell me what’s the better method? Additionally is it ok to place the ceramic sheeting on top of the slab followed by the fire brick or should it be concrete slab then vermicrete followed by the ceramic sheeting and then the fire brick?
