    Just now getting back to you, sorry about that. I close my oven with my insulated metal door after a pizza fire in the evening. Morning after from 8am to 8am next day, with the metal door, the oven loses about 100 degrees F (24 hours). Same scenario but 8am following a pizza fire, I replace the metal door with my charred wood door, the over loses about 125 degrees F.
