New oven base bricks arrived with chipped edges

My casa 100 arrived and all was good except the floor bricks have chipped edges and do not fit tight. Is this ok, or do I fill the cracked edges with fire coat or something so I have a smooth cooking surface? The tiles are level except one is an odd color and seems to round up very high on one corner. Do I bring it down? Expected the floor to be better finished....

Have you contact FB about the floor tiles and the finish? Typically, spaces fill in naturally with ash and are needed for expansion and contraction.
