Hey guys I'm In the process of building a vault WFO. The dimensions are 30x36. If I make the height 20" vs say 16 will that make much of a difference for cooking?

You need to be careful as there is a lot of science that goes into the reasons that the oven is built the way it is. If you do it wrong then you have a decorative fireplace that will not get warm enough and may not combust very well either.Comment
