Adding Tall Chimney above Pizza Oven

Hi,
I am planning to build a backyard pizza oven based on Forno Bravia DIY or modular kits. In either case the pizza oven had a round top. My ideal design has a taller angular chimney above the oven.

Any ideas or references on how this can be done? Should I build a frame around the oven with plywood/stucco to achieve this.

Welcome to the forum. The shape you want is no problem. It can be done in all masonry or, more easily, formed with metal studs and concrete backer board. However, I think that is an outdoor fireplace that you have shared in in the pic?
