    Irfanview works great. If you're having that problem with Picasa (which I just started having when I increased my jpeg file size on my digi-cams for higher def) I suddenly got errors from FornoBravo. Since then, I highlight the pics I want to upload, click the "Export" option on bottom and it saves those pics (again) in another folder at nice, lower resolutions that FB easily accepts. Just in case you're using Picasa, can't to see pics, -Dino
