Hello , New Guy in Northern Ca, looking to start a Casa 2g 110" with a mason friend of mine- One quick question, is the insulation board supplied sufficient, or rather would i be happier to use the provided board on top of an insulating layer to give it additional thermal retention or would this be overkill;l? I appreciate the help and looking forward to joining your community. Anything else you'd recommend before we start our build? Thx

Hello,
This is Amanda, tech support contact here at Forno Bravo. The FB Board would be all you would need for floor insulation. At only 2 inches thick the FB Board will aid in the retention of heat with out adding additional height to your oven. The FB Board will come to you already cut out so all the guess work is taken out you just lay it down on your stand and begin your build!
