  • assembling Premio2G110 on trailer

I have a modular oven which weighs some 1400 pounds and wish to place it on a trailer. My question is this,
What is the best way to secure the oven and also hold all the segments together so it doesn't all collapse on the first bump or sharp corner, Thank you

The only way I can think of is to wrap it in a metal cylinder like this, but there must be an easier method, any ideas...........
For some reason my picture isn't showing,,,,sorry

No, no problems, just interested in how others do it.

Sonomacast, didnt you just build your own castable?

So why the question about a Premio2G110, seems a bit odd dont you think?

              Re: assembling Premio2G110 on trailer

Because my oven is more or less the same as the Premio2G110 to give people an idea of what I am trying to achieve and also I thought it would grab viewers attention which obviously it did or you wouldn't have asked the question...... Anyway I now have a trailer, I have decided that a steel banding machine will hold the oven segments together in a strong fashion but still have absolutely no idea how to fasten my oven to the trailer? Any idea???

sonomacast, the steel wire that 100million used in the post below is probably a great way to secure it to a trailer. The firewithin welds steel bars from one side of the dome and across to the other side.
