Napolino 70 Oven Help

Does anyone here own one and how well do you like it. I'm debating between this and building a Pompeii oven. How long does it retain heat and what kind of temps are you getting out of it.

Some pics of what your cooking would be nice to if ya have any. Thanks!

Obviously there are not a lot of people listening with the oven you mention. They are probably too busy cooking and eating to respond.

Plenty of people are listening and if you choose to go down the Pompeii trail you will be inundated with advice.

I did a search and sadly nothing of help, dosen't seem too many people are posting about them. You're probably right they are just cooking alot of pizza and too busy to post.

I looked around a little and did see one reference from a distributor saying 700 F could be reached in about 20 minutes. Maybe so, don't know, seems possible but only sustainable with a burning fire. Looks like the cost is abt $3500 plus I would guess the freight to MD would add another $500-1000. If you have the time and patience you could build a really nice WFO for $4000-4500. Just a thought, you have a great resource of people here who have been there, done that.
