I have the stand ready for my oven but have not yet ordered my oven. I am a little concerned that the temps are getting to cold to get the oven finished in time. I live in central Illinois. The temps at night are dipping down to the low 40's and by the time I get the oven here it may be even colder yet. Has anyone built one in colder weather? Or has anyone built one off site and moved it into place? I have a heated shop I could build it in. Just not sure about moving it after it is done.
