Greetings all. New to the forum, but I've been lurking around the build of a wood fired oven for about 4 years. We're finally under way in our build and it includes an entire outdoor living space with a kitchen that has a wood fired oven as the center piece. Initially I had hoped to do a Modena 2G, but since it's classified as a commercial oven, there were problems acquiring it, so we went local with Bread Stone Ovens and have selected a 1400B Four Grand-M?re oven. We are fortunate in that Antoine from Bread Stone Ovens is going to personally supervise the install in a couple weeks here on site.
