Modular oven designs

We're planning to open a small pizza place. As we'll be renting we would like something that can be moved if necessary. I'm not looking for mobile or portable, if I need to hire a crane that would be fine. I just dread having to move and not take the oven with me. I was thinking something cast from concrete.

Can anyone offer suggestions or point me in the right direction? Thanks!
