I have a friend in another part of the country without any real DIY skills who is considering ordering a Casa100 Home Pizza Oven Kit and then hiring a mason he knows to put it together.
For a barebones install- concrete foundation (he's in NC), cinder block supports with poured steel reinforced concrete platform, then the oven install and the simplest possible stucco exterior- how many hours do think this might entail- ballpark, of course. Also, as I said, he knows the mason, so he should get a decent rate, but, I'm curious, what's the going rate for this kind of work on the East coast?
