    Anyone have a FornoBravo Premio line pizza oven that I could take a look at? We installed a Chicago pizza oven 5 years ago and it is way to small. We are going to do it right this time with a 44-48" cooking diameter. I live in the south metro.

    Just to let you know 44 to 48" is a huge oven and will require a lot of wood. I had a 40" Pompeii and it was plenty big enough for me. When i rebuild i will probably be around the same size again.
